THE PLAYERS Championship
Come see your favorite golf pro play on the famous and newly-renovated THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach. THE PLAYERS Championship is recognized by PGA TOUR members as "their" championship tournament. It is one of the most coveted titles in professional golf and features the strongest field and the largest purse on the PGA Tour.
Previous illustrious winners of THE PLAYERS Championship include Phil Mickelson – 2007, Stephen Ames – 2006, Fred Funk – 2005, Davis Love III – 2003, Tiger Woods – 2001, Fred Couples – 1996 and Greg Norman – 1994.
During this year's tournament, there will be a special ceremony where Jack Nicklaus will be awarded the PGA TOUR's Lifetime Achievement Award.
Tickets are now available for the Monday through Wednesday practice rounds, Thursday through Sunday Day Passes, as well as Week-long Passes.
